Singapore and Spain Sign Agreement for Avoidance of Double Taxation
 

1      Singapore, 13 April 2011 - Singapore and Spain signed an Agreement for the avoidance of double taxation (DTA) today. The DTA incorporates the internationally agreed Standard for the exchange of information for tax purposes, upon request.

2      The full text of the protocol will be made available on the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore’s (IRAS) website. The DTA will enter into force after its ratification by both countries.
