The Second Protocol to the standing Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation between Singapore and Australia to enter into force
 
The Second Protocol to the existing Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation (DTA) between Singapore and Australia, which incorporates the internationally agreed Standard for exchange of information into the DTA, will enter into force on 22 December 2010.
The full text of the protocol is available on the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore’s (IRAS) website.
