Protocol to standing DTA between Singapore and Brunei to take effect
 

The protocol to the existing Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation (DTA) between Singapore and Brunei will enter into force on 29 August 2010.

The protocol incorporates the internationally agreed Standard for exchange of information into the DTA.

The full text of the protocol is available on the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore’s (IRAS) website.
