Protocol to standing DTA between Singapore and Japan to take effect
 

The protocol to the existing Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation (DTA) between Singapore and Japan will enter into force on 14 July 2010.

The protocol incorporates the internationally agreed Standard for exchange of information into the DTA.

The full text of the protocol has been published in the Government Gazette.  It is also available on the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore’s (IRAS) website.
