BACKGROUND

1. The Ministry of Finance (MOF) invited comments on its DTA policies. Views were especially requested from individuals and the business community on what terms the MOF should try to get in its review of DTAs with (click on the name of the country to view the existing DTA, if any):

PERIOD OF CONSULTATION

2. The public consultation on DTAs was held from 1 August 2005 to 29 August 2005. We are sorry that comments submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
